Who will attend?
The Cayman Alternative Investment Summit (CAIS) brings together speakers who are global industry leaders and decision makers from multiple segments of the alternative investment and family office sectors. Family office founders and their senior execs may register to attend.
How do I register?
Registration is on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability. The registration fee is for one delegate with access to CAIS25 including all sessions and meals outlined in the registration form, all conference materials, and access to preferred hotel rates at the Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman (subject to availability).

How much does it cost to attend?
The registration fee is USD $5,000 per person which includes all social activities, meals (including evening cocktail reception, dinner and after-hours hospitality suite), Summit sessions and Summit registration. Delegates receive access to preferred rates at the Ritz Carlton.
What is the cancellation policy?
Registration fees are non-refundable but a registration is transferrable to another representative from your organisation, with pre-approval from CAIS25. Conference organisers reserve the right to refuse registrants.
Cancelling the conference registration will not cancel any hotel and/or travel arrangements. Registrants are responsible for cancelling any and all hotel and travel reservations.
CAIS bears no responsibility for conference attendees’ travel and/or accommodation arrangements.
Can my partner or guest attend one of the dinners, functions or sessions?
All CAIS functions are for registered delegates only. The Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman’s concierge team will be delighted to assist with providing recommendations for partners and guests to enjoy a wonderful Grand Cayman experience whilst delegates attend the conference.
Which airlines fly to the Cayman Islands?
Flights to Grand Cayman’s Owen Roberts International Airport (airport code GCM) are available with the following airlines: Air Canada, American Airlines, British Airways, Cayman Airways, Delta, JetBlue, United and WestJet. What are the immigration requirements to visit the Cayman Islands?
All visitors to the Cayman Islands must present a valid passport with at least six months until expiry, from the date of departure. The passport must have at least one blank page. Visitors may stay a maximum of 30 days without the need to apply for a visa, and must have proof (if asked) for a return ticket/onward flight.
Some nationalities need to apply for a visitor visa. The Cayman Islands Government provides a list of nationalities which do/don’t require a visa.
Immigration agents should be advised of the nature of visit (conference attendance). An immigration arrival form must be completed. State the Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman as the address for duration of visit.
What is the conference attire?
Suggested attire for the conference is business-casual. As some events may occur outdoors on sandy beaches or lawns, appropriate footwear is suggested. The Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman offers a full-service spa, well-appointed gym and a wonderful beachfront address. Delegates planning to extend their stay should bring resort wear to enjoy the island experience.
Can I record the sessions or take photographs?
Absolutely no personal photographs or audio/visual recording are permitted.
What is the nearest airport?
The airport is located approximately a 15-minute drive to the Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman. Taxis are readily available and cost approximately USD $30 for a one-way trip to the resort. Services such as Uber and Lyft are not available. Once registered with the Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman, delegates can arrange private airport transfers via the concierge team if preferred. Rental car agencies are available at the airport and include most international brands such as Avis and Hertz. It is advisable to rent a vehicle prior to arrival. Driving is on the left-hand side in the Cayman Islands.
