Carla Buffulin

Carla began her career in 1992 at Citibank SA in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Following a year at the University of California Berkeley, she joined Bank Boston as a senior credit analyst in Sao Paulo. Following that, she returned to Citi in Sao Paulo as the Team Head for the Credit Risk Analysis Unit. Carla then joined WestLB AG in 2003 as an Associate Director within the Global Structured Finance group. She joined Morgan Stanley & Co. in 2005, where she was most recently a Vice President in the Credit and Derivatives group for Latin America and a Project Manager within the Accounting and Valuation Team within the Equity Research group. After Morgan Stanley, Carla joined Oppenheimer Funds in 2008 where she was Vice President, International Fixed Income and Co-Portfolio Manager of the Global EM Corporate Portfolio. Prior to joining Emso in 2016, Carla was a Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager for Emerging Markets at AIG.

Carla earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (Sao Paulo, Brazil).
