Yasmin Almostehy

Yasmin is the Founder and Managing Director of Beacon Hills, a consultancy dedicated to building a connected finance ecosystem by bridging industry stakeholders locally and internationally. Beacon Hills fosters strategic partnerships and collaborative opportunities across venture capital, family offices, UHNWIs, and government sectors to drive impactful growth. With over 20 years of experience in strategic partnerships, stakeholder relations, and cross-sector initiatives, Yasmin has led transformative projects across finance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) internationally.

Before founding Beacon Hills, Yasmin served in leadership roles, including as Executive Director of both the Emirates Family Office Association and the Middle East Venture Capital Association. In these roles, she focused on strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing industry collaboration, and driving educational programs and key industry events. Yasmin’s career also includes impactful CSR-focused roles with DHL Express and Zain Group (formerly Celtel), where she managed programs spanning social impact, sustainability, and employee engagement.

Yasmin holds a Master’s in Project Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the American University in Cairo. Her global background and expertise in ecosystem building make her a trusted advisor and impactful leader within the finance sector.
