Guy Huybrechts

Guy Huybrechts is the Maritime advisor inside the Agache Family Office. He is currently the manager of the beautiful and exclusive 100+ meter (335ft) FEADSHIP SYMPHONY doing this based out of his offices in Monaco and Paris. This passenger yacht has 33 crew, can take up to 18 guests and is operated commercially at the higher end of the superyacht charter market.

Guy has previously worked as a Navigation officer and Master Mariner on various ships: like banana reefer ships operated by the NOBOA Corporation in Ecuador, RCCL cruise ships out of Miami, Yachts on the French Riviera, and last 15 years ashore as Ship Manager and dry-dock superintendent.

He holds a Master in Nautical Sciences from the Antwerp Maritime Academy and unlimited Captain’s license. He also works very closely with the Feadship Royal Van Lent Shipyard in the Netherlands (owned by LVMH), focussing on their 2030 strategy to further reduce the environmental impact of future superyachts, using novel systems and non-fossil fuels like green methanol.
