Zev Mandelbaum

Zev Mandelbaum is a third-generation real estate developer and the President of Altree Developments. Mr. Mandelbaum stems from a long lineage of Toronto developers from the Mandelbaum and Hofstedter families, namely Lanterra Developments, H&R REIT and H&R Developments, the latter of which has been acquiring and developing real estate since 1952.

Prior to founding Altree, Mr. Mandelbaum also co-founded Marlin Spring Developments, now known as Baz Group of Companies. Mr. Mandelbaum’s expansive experience working in the real estate industry is hallmarked by an iconic and diversified portfolio of mixed-use residential and hospitality projects throughout North America and the Caribbean, ranging from award-winning condominiums to five-star luxury resorts and residences.
