Chris Kelsey

Christopher Kelsey is President of Dart’s U.S. real estate development and investment firm.  Dart Interests has over $2.5B in assets under management comprised of a diverse portfolio of product types across 9 states.  Dart’s current development activities are focused on the development of luxury apartments in mixed use environments and a novel brand of resort called Evermore.

Christopher has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, beginning at Hines Interests in Colorado. He then moved to Lowe Enterprises, where he was responsible for developing Suncadia Resort in Washington and then to Long Cove Development in Dallas.  Christopher has been active in both ULI and YPO, serving as a Product Council Chair for ULI and in multiple roles in YPO including organizing YPO’s annual real estate conference.

Chris graduated from Yale College with a B.A. and the University of California Berkeley with a Master’s in Architecture.
